The Paisley Park project, undertaken on behalf of a local Merthyr Tydfil developer with funding from the Development Bank of Wales and monitoring by Knight Frank was undertaken under a Design and Build contract and delivered by Trojan CML over a 14 month programme period. The contract value for the 14 industrial/commercial units was £4.2 million.
The buildings are constructed utilising steel portal frames and composite cladding and roofing.
This was a particularly challenging project due to the sites previously heavy industrial use, but Trojans experience in ground improvement techniques and dealing with contamination ensured that the project was delivered on budget.
